WEDDINGS & REHEARSAL DINNERS
Your Guests Won’t Stop Talking About This
Your wedding guests don’t just watch the entertainment — they ARE the entertainment. Everyone picks a song and sings on stage with a full live band. No backing tracks. No awkward DJ requests. Just real musicians, real energy, and the reception (or rehearsal dinner) nobody will ever forget.
Whether it’s the reception, the rehearsal dinner, or the after-party — this is the part of the wedding people actually talk about for years.
How It Fits Your Reception
We slot in after dinner and speeches. Here’s the flow.
Once dinner wraps and toasts are done, we open the QR codes. Guests scan from their tables, browse 160+ songs on their phone, and start signing up. No announcement needed — the buzz builds on its own as people realize what’s happening.
From there, it runs itself. Guests take the stage one at a time (or in groups) and sing with the full band. Lyrics on a screen in front of them, original music video on the big screen behind. Our vocalists are right there if they want backup. The groom’s college roommate does Bon Jovi badly and brilliantly. The bride’s sister surprises everyone with a power ballad. Grandpa gets up and does Sinatra. Friends at every table are filming.
The newlyweds get a guaranteed spotlight moment — their song, their stage, the whole room going wild. And the Entire Crowd Singalong at the end puts everyone in the room on stage for one final song. It’s the send-off that makes the photographer put down their camera and join in.
If you have a DJ handling cocktail hour and dinner music, we take over for the party. If you want us for the whole reception, we can do that too. We coordinate with your wedding planner, DJ, and venue staff to make the handoff smooth.
The Rock Star Wedding
We bring the production. You bring the people you love.
The production
Full live band (guitar, bass, drums, vocals), professional sound system, stage lighting, video projection with music videos, on-screen lyrics, and our QR code signup system. Every song played 100% live — no backing tracks, no karaoke software. Backup vocalists on stage for anyone who wants harmony or moral support.
The wedding extras
- Couple’s Spotlight — the newlyweds get a guaranteed featured slot. Their song, the whole room on their feet.
- Wedding Party Number — bridesmaids, groomsmen, or the whole wedding party on stage together.
- Singalong Finale — every guest on stage for one last song. This is the one your aunt posts to Facebook before it’s even over.
- Vendor coordination — we work with your planner, DJ, and venue staff on timing and transitions.
- Setlist preview — we send the song list in advance so guests can plan their picks.

Why Weddings Love This
It Breaks the Ice Instantly
Two families who barely know each other are suddenly cheering for the same stranger singing Bon Jovi. Best icebreaker ever invented.
Everyone Participates
With a DJ or cover band, guests sit and watch. With live band karaoke, they’re the show — and watching your people perform is half the fun.
Better Than a Photo Booth
Every performance gets filmed from every table. Real moments of your favorite people singing with a live band — not staged photos with props.
Perfect for Rehearsal Dinners
A 2-hour set after dinner turns the most relaxed night of the wedding weekend into the highlight. Smaller crowd, bigger laughs.

Questions
Is this appropriate for a wedding?
It works for every age group — grandma sings Sinatra, college friends do Mr. Brightside, the father of the bride finally gets his Piano Man moment. It genuinely brings both families together.
Does this replace the DJ or band?
It can, or it can work alongside them. Some couples hire us for the whole reception; others have a DJ for cocktail hour and we take over for the party. We’ll help you figure out the right setup.
Do guests need to be good singers?
No. Backup vocalists are on stage to help, and the band makes everyone sound better than they expect.
How far in advance should we book?
2–3 months ahead for weddings, especially peak season (May–October). Rehearsal dinners have more availability since they’re typically weeknights.
Can you perform at our venue?
Almost certainly. All we need is power and room for a small stage area. We’ve played banquet halls, barns, breweries, rooftops, and backyards.
How long is the show?
2–3 hours — enough for 20–30 guests to sing, plus the couple’s spotlight, wedding party number, and Singalong finale. We can adjust to fit your schedule.
What about the first dance?
If it’s in our setlist, we play it live. If not, do the first dance with a DJ or playlist and we’ll coordinate a smooth handoff with your planner.
What does it cost?
$1,000 Pittsburgh area (as low as $20/person for 50), $1,500 Road Trip (PA/OH/WV/NY/MD), $2,500 Destination (anywhere in the U.S.). Full band, sound, lights, screens, tech, and all wedding extras included. No hidden fees.
